Draft for legal review. This is a plain-language placeholder written before launch. It is not final and must be checked by a lawyer before Dinebo is offered to customers.
Terms
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms are between Dinebo (“we”) and the restaurant using Dinebo (“you”).
The service
Dinebo gives you a QR menu and ordering for guests, a kitchen display, payment recording, an owner app and related features. Some features are marked “coming soon” and are not part of the service until they launch.
Free Basic plan and paid plans
- The Basic digital menu is free. We do not take a commission on your orders.
- Paid plans are charged at the price shown before you buy.
- Prices and plan contents are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Your responsibilities
- Your menu, prices, taxes, allergen and veg/non-veg information must be correct. AI menu reading and photos help you, but you check and approve them before publishing.
- Keep your team’s phone numbers up to date and remove people who leave.
- Use guest contact details only as the law and the guest’s opt-in allow.
Payments
Guest payments by UPI, cash or card go to you. We are not a bank or payment provider and do not hold your money.
Availability
We work to keep Dinebo running all the time, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep a simple backup way to take orders.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. You can ask for an export of your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.
